Since 1996, Rhonda Elliott of Organized by Design and Angela Wallace, CPO^®, of Wallace Associates have collaborated to develop and deliver workshops designed to help professionals create and grow their business. Both are active members of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), as well as numerous other professional organizations.

After more than 18 years in Corporate America, Rhonda Elliott decided to launch her own business, Organized By Design, in 1994, putting to good use her business, organizing, and training skills. Rhonda's passion is sharing knowledge - to her clients while helping them organize their lives and environs, to her students in her workshops, and to the audiences who hear her speak.

Since 1986, Angela Wallace has been helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals. The keys to her success are clarity, insight and an unsurpassed passion for detail. Like an alchemist, Angela has a unique ability to hold the client's vision, share the knowledge of how to get there and coach the client through the implementation steps to success.  Angela has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Professional Organizer^®, a unique distinction in the history of the professional organizing industry.
